  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders throughout Pakistan using trusted courier partners, including:

  • TCS

  • Leopard Courier

  • Other reputable courier services as needed

The courier service used for your order will depend on your location, service availability, and delivery requirements.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 5-7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

  • Special shipping rates during promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

You can track your shipment directly through the courier company's website.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided during checkout are accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery address

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services within eligible areas of Pakistan.

Customers choosing COD are required to make payment in full upon receiving their order.

We reserve the right to refuse future COD orders from customers who repeatedly reject or fail to accept deliveries.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

If a package is lost during transit, we will work with the courier service to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
